A family paper, with clear expectations

Family subscriptions are open, with payment from the first edition. Verify your email, choose a plan and pay, then set up your newspaper. Existing family tests retain their agreed access and are not charged automatically.

Who provides the service

The legal operator and public business contact details are awaiting confirmation. During the test, contact us through Help & support.

Existing family tests

Your family contributes its own stories, photos and recordings. We prepare a private digital newspaper, with clearly labelled editorial extras and puzzles. Existing family tests are not automatically converted into paid subscriptions. Publication waits for editorial checks and the publisher’s approval. The test timetable may change as contributors finish.

Family subscription plans

New family subscriptions include a digital newspaper every three months. Read it online or print it yourself; physical printing and postage are not included. English is the newspaper’s current production language. Save notes and photographs between editions and submit before the displayed deadline. Late contributions may need to wait for the next issue. Page count follows the submitted stories and photographs. If an edition exceeds the supported limit, the editor will review it before release.

Choose £29 upfront every three months or £99 upfront annually for four editions. One adult pays for the whole family or group, with up to 20 adult contributors. Children and pets can be included through an adult. The first payment is due at sign-up; there is no free first issue. The subscription renews at the same interval until cancelled. Professional printing and delivery are separate. Verify your email to open checkout.

Baby keepsakes

When You Arrived has a launch price of £29 as a one-off payment for one complete digital newspaper, including up to 30 adult contributors. It is separate from the family newspaper subscription and does not renew. The current preview is free, with no card details or automatic charge. Paid keepsake orders are not open yet. Professional printing, keepsake boxes and postage are not included; prices for those options will be confirmed before orders open. Download and keep your own copies; eighteen-year storage or future birthday delivery is not included.

Renewals and cancellation

After you choose a paid subscription, it renews at the selected billing interval until cancelled. Cancel future renewals in Family billing → Manage payment or cancel. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the paid period leaves that period in place. A failed payment pauses future newspaper preparation and release; saved contributions and previously released papers remain accessible while you resolve it. Cancellation does not delete an account or its archive.

Refunds and payment problems

Use Help & support and include the invoice reference, amount and what happened. The team checks the original payment and confirms any refund separately from cancellation. Your statutory rights are not excluded. This page does not ask you to waive cancellation rights.

Your contributions and privacy

Share only material you have permission to use and are comfortable showing to your family. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing material. You keep ownership of your contributions and allow us and our processors to use them to prepare, check, store and deliver your family newspaper. AI preparation can make mistakes, so source checks and final editorial approval remain part of the service. Report a correction through Help & support.

Family members can save and print released papers. Those copies cannot be recalled. Our privacy notice explains access, retention, providers, export and deletion. A change affecting a shared paper may require it to be withdrawn and reviewed.
