Only the organiser needs to sign in. Everyone else can use the private link to add a signed message, a memory or a photo.
The organiser can read submitted messages and photographs and include them, in their original wording, in the newspaper proof. Contributors can only see their own contribution. The recipient is not contacted automatically; the organiser decides when to share the gift.
Absolutely. Choose Leaving, Retirement, Work anniversary or Thank you, share the link with the team, and collect everyone’s contribution in one place. It works for friends and family, too.
Yes. Contributors receive a private link to return to their own message while contributions are open. The organiser can close contributions when it is time to check the newspaper.
No. Signed messages and memories keep the contributor’s own wording. The organiser can leave out a contribution before approving the newspaper.
Yes. £19.99 buys the complete printed newspaper card, including one copy and UK postage. Approve your proof, then pay securely with Stripe and enter the UK delivery address. We check the approved PDF before printing; your occasion date is not a guaranteed arrival date.
